Centergreen is a real estate development and consultation company that is postured to create, high performance, sustainable and mixed use development projects. The principal, Jerry Pucillo has been active in the real estate industry for 28 years and has been responsible for several development projects.

Centergreen was formed out of a commitment to  develop real estate in a way that is low impact and beneficial to its residents and users.

Centergreen will:

1.) Identify and work with individuals and companies committed to high performance design and development

2.) Help raise equity from investors committed to sustainable development objectives

3.) Work with teams committed to an integrated design and development process

4.) Provide real and experience based investment decision support for investors of sustainable development projects

Centergreen was established in 2003 as a consulting firm. It was specifically purposed to assist developers interested in pursuing sustainable approaches to development projects. The company consulted with a private development company, a religious organization, a real estate equity fund and a non-profit housing corporation on several projects in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

All of these organizations were interesed in creating an integrated approach to their development process, applying sustainable criteria to the design and construction of the developments.

In 2005, the principal, Jerry Pucillo, joined New Boston Fund as a Senior Vice President. The responsibilities of this position included, but were not limited to, pre-development planning, entitlement process strategy development and implementation, due diligence, design development and construction administration. Along with these project responsibilities, Jerry also created and led the sustainability efforts of the Fund and chaired the sustainability committee as it developed new approaches to creating sustainable initiatives at the corporate and portfolio management levels of the company.

Beginning in December 2008 Centergreen is once again renewed with its own energy to continue to provide this level of high quality support to corporations and non-profits interested in making a difference through and with their real estate investments and interests.
